I was in Target today and as I made my normal lap around the store I noticed a few REALLY cute shoes...... Sam & Libby for Target!!!! When I was a kid my mom always bought me Sam&Libby bow flats to go with ALL of my dresses and I guess I still hold the brand close to my heart. The line for Target has flats, sandals, and heels at very affordable price points. Target.com has the entire collection and most stores carry it too.
